**Dear Secretary of State,**
We, the undersigned, issue this formal notice of objection to the proposed and ongoing implementation of digital identity systems in the United Kingdom, including the Digital Verification Services (DVS) framework established under the **Data (Use and Access) Act 2024**. This objection is grounded in international law, common law principles, and fundamental rights protections, as detailed below.
**Grounds for Objection**:
1. **Violation of Privacy Rights Under International Law**
The implementation of digital ID systems, particularly those involving biometric data or centralized databases, infringes **Article 8 of the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR)**, which guarantees the right to respect for private and family life. The potential for mass surveillance and data sharing under the DVS framework fails to meet the necessity and proportionality requirements of Article 8(2). This also violates **Article 17 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR)**, which prohibits arbitrary interference with privacy.
2. **Incompatibility with Common Law Principles**
Common law, as upheld in the English legal tradition, protects individual autonomy and liberty from arbitrary state interference. The integration of digital IDs into essential services (e.g., banking, healthcare) risks creating a de facto mandatory system, despite claims of voluntariness. Such coercion lacks clear statutory authority and contravenes the common law presumption of freedom, rendering it potentially ultra vires.
3. **Risk of Discrimination and Exclusion**
Digital ID systems risk violating **Article 14 of the ECHR** and **Article 26 of the ICCPR** by excluding groups lacking access to digital technology, such as the elderly, low-income individuals, or rural communities. This undermines equality and inclusivity principles, as outlined in the UK’s Digital Identity Strategy.
4. **Insufficient Democratic Oversight and Safeguards**
The Data (Use and Access) Act 2024 grants excessive regulatory powers to the Secretary of State without adequate parliamentary scrutiny, undermining democratic accountability. The lack of independent redress mechanisms for data misuse violates **Article 13 of the ECHR**, which requires effective remedies for rights violations.
5. **Erosion of Fundamental Freedoms**
The potential integration of digital IDs with law enforcement or immigration systems risks chilling freedoms of expression and association, protected under **Articles 10 and 11 of the ECHR**. International precedents, such as India’s Aadhaar system, demonstrate the dangers of mandatory ID schemes linked to essential services, which have been ruled unconstitutional in certain contexts.
**Demands**:
1. Immediate suspension of the DVS framework and related digital ID initiatives pending comprehensive public consultation and independent lawfulness review.
2. A statutory guarantee that digital ID systems remain genuinely voluntary, with no penalties (e.g., exclusion from essential services) for non-participation.
3. Establishment of independent oversight mechanisms to ensure compliance with international and domestic legal standards, including robust data protection and grievance redress systems.
4. Full public disclosure of all data-sharing agreements and technical specifications for digital ID systems to ensure transparency.
**Notice of Intent**:
Failure to address these concerns within **30 days** of receipt of this notice will prompt further action, including but not limited to an application for judicial review in the **King’s Bench Division of the High Court**, potential applications to the **European Court of Human Rights**, and coordinated public campaigns to safeguard fundamental rights. The King’s Bench Division, as the appropriate domestic court for administrative and public law matters, will be the primary forum for challenging the lawfulness of the DVS framework and related policies.

Police for to be restructured with mass increase in policing on the streets.

History tells us of many a rebellion. People who've made a stand against many forms of oppression throughout the centuries. Whilst efforts were heroic, a recurring fact stands prominent. Rebellions fail for one reason, that reason being the lack of willing participants to truly affect change. Our lives should be lived for the betterment of our fellow men, women and children. We should and must strive each day to overcome the satanic tyranus rule to which we the masses are continually subjected. No longer can we in good faith, stand by whilst we are extinguished from memory and replaced by a foreign contingent. This movement, our movement can and will overcome our oppressors and thus restore love, Christianity, and good will through our faith and our constitution. Our very nature dictates that we are not designed, nor designated to succumb to slavery. We are a free God loving people. It is now up to us, and us alone, to restore our natural law and order, and as a consequence live fruitful abundant lives. Twenty million strong we shall be. People from Ireland, Scotland, Wales and England shall stand side by side, we shall not be denied, we shall not bow down. We the people in honour of those who have stood before us, and in duty to those generations to come, shall gain a peaceful existance, one of love and true happiness. Our time has come, let us forcefully grab this opportunity and be forever remembered as those who freed the world, and gave it back to the people.

The government is purposely destroying the things we love, including our national sport.
Football, it's very structure is being slowly broken down. No longer is it a contact sport, home fans are being replaced, constant changes to rules are making our game, unrecognisable. VAR is open to abuse and is dictating the outcomes of matches. The demographic of our population is changing. People escorted into our nations have no love for the game leading to a reduced fan base. On top of this, unscrupulous moneymen are bleeding many clubs into extinction. The result - Many area's of our Nations are losing their immediate identity. Local businesses suffer, seeing many communties break down.
In 2025, it is estimated that over 55 million people in the UK are football fans, with the majority of them attending professional matches. This number includes those who watch the Premier League, which alone accounts for 14.8 million fans. Specifically, the average attendance per Premier League game is over 40,000. Beyond the Premier League, there are also large fan bases for other professional football leagues in the UK, like the EFL Championship.
